MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. What is Kaizen Box?

     Kaizen Box is a Dubai-based subscription box service aimed at executive men. Kaizen Box will charge customers between AED 119 – AED 159 per month excluding VAT and will send out a box each month that will contain a minimum of five items – all for the customer to keep. 

     

  2. How do I purchase a Kaizen Box subscription?

     You can click here to select the best plan suitable for you and proceed to check out and pay via debit/credit card or we have the cash on delivery option aswell  

     

  3. How do monthly subscriptions work? Do I have to re-subscribe every month?

     You pay for the selected subscription duration upfront and receive a box every month for the selected plan schedule (delivery on us)  

     

  4. Can I pause a subscription for month?

     Yes certainly, Just drop us an email on info@kaizenbox.ae and we will pause your subscription for the duration mentioned 

     

  5. Can I request a specific item to go in the box? Or can I choose the box?

     For monthly subscription boxes, we prefer keeping the products a surprise! But you can send in your preferred taste and our stylists will work around it, or alternatively send us an email on info@kaizenbox.ae beforehand about what accessories you are more interested in and we will fulfill your favor 

     

  6. Will I ever receive the same products?

     There are 3 standard items that the customer will receive – 1 Tie, 1 Pair of Socks and 1 Pocket Square. These 3 items will all be the same color (different design). The other two items will be metal accessories. A lapel pin, a tiepin, a cufflink or a bracelet, any two will be added to complete the box. No product will ever be repeated in the following months 

     

  7. I have signed up but haven't received a confirmation mail?

     In unseen circumstances due to a technical glitch this may happen, but our team works 24/7 to keep the site up and running as smooth as possible, but in case this issue occur you can directly call us on the mentioned contact number or drop us an e-mail and we will get back to you ASAP 

     

 

BILLING/ PAYMENT METHODS

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

     Currently we are accepting all major Credit/ Debit cards issued by UAE BANKS only and Cash on Delivery in AED (DIRHAMS) 

     

  2. When will my account be charged?

     You shall be charged within 1-2 working days depending on the bank 

     

  3. Is shipping included in the plan price?

     All order above 100dhs includes free delivery within UAE only 

     

  4. What duties, taxes and fees are there on the box or products I purchase?

     All prices as mentioned do not include the 5% VAT, but upon check-out the VAT fee will be added and the break-down of the price will be clearly mentioned 

     

  5. How do I change my payment details?

     Right before you proceed to pay, a page with all the details will occur with an edit option incase you want to change the details 

     

  6. How do I edit my billing address?

     Right before you proceed to pay, a page with all the details will occur with an edit option incase you want to change the details 

     

  7. How do I change my shipping date?

     Just drop us an email on info@kaizenbox.ae and we shall send as per your required dates 

     

  8. How do I obtain my invoice?

     Once the order is placed you will automatically receive an e-invoice in the email id provided, sometimes it may take a few hours to generate till we have accepted the order, so do not panic, just wait and check in few hours time 

     

 

GIFT SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Can I gift a subscription?

     Yes, the shipping address will be the person it is being gifted too and at the same time you can mention it in the additional comments 

     

  2. How do I purchase a gift subscription?

     You can click here and purchase the required plan. You can send in a request to add a card as well inside with a short message and we will hand-write it from your behalf. 

     

  3. How far in advance should I order a gift subscription?

     Order it whenever you please like and we will dispatch it within 24-48 hours 

     

 

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION/ RETURN

  1. Can I get a refund for my Kaizen Box?

     Yes, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 

     

 

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. How do I contact Kaizen Box?

     Our primary mode of customer support is via email. Send us a message at info@kaizenbox.ae and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours).Our customer support team is here to help from Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm (GMT +4).  If your request is submitted during the weekends or holidays, your request will be reviewed the next business day. 

     

  2. Can I use more than one coupon/promo code?

     No, one code per one transaction only 

     

  3. A product in my box is damaged or missing.

     Subscription boxes are fixed every month and cannot be changed. We have freshness and hygiene policy due to which, goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the unlikely instance that you receive a damaged product, please get back to us within 3 days for a swift exchange. 

     

  4. My friend and I have both subscribed for Kaizen Box. What are the chances that we will both receive the same boxes or products?

     If you and a friend have both subscribed to Kaizen Box and wish to not have the exact contents delivered, kindly reach out to us at info@kaizenbox.ae and we will make sure that does not happen. Unfortunately, we are unable to perform exchanges or refunds for boxes that are already billed for, processed and shipped. 

     

 

SHIPPING

  1. Who Is Your Mail Carrier Service? Can I Expedite Shipping For My Monthly Boxes?

     Our primary mail carrier service is FETCHR. We are neither able to ship monthly boxes through an alternative mail carrier nor expedite shipping for monthly boxes. 

     

  2. Do you ship internationally?

     Unfortunately NO, we deliver only within UAE 

     

  3. How do I track my shipment/order?

     Once your box ships, you will automatically be emailed the tracking link, sent to the email address as inputted on your account. Kindly note that fetchrs’s listed estimated delivery date is subject to change per the discretion of fetchr 

     

  4. Will I get to see my box before I receive it?

     You could drop us an e-mail on info@kaizenbox.ae and one of us would assist you with showin you the box if it has not been shipped out
